Booking & cancellation Policy

  • To confirm a booking a non refundable deposit of 10% is required (as commitment deposit), by c/card or money transfer.
  • The settlement of 90%is due 20 days prior arrival.
  • For cancellations (of the all stay or just part of the stay) notified 20 days or less prior arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For cancellations forward till 21 days prior arrival the penalty is the 10% deposit, which is non refundable.
  • c/cards accepted: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, JCB, Maestro. Cancellations MUST be notified by using the booking online system or communicated by email. In any case The Place will reply by email to confirm the cancellation.

Check in & check out

  • These services are operated on appointment, directly in your suite. Please inform us about your arrival time & flight details so as to organize your check in. 
  • If you need transportation from the airport we can organise a private transfer with an elegant black Mercedes (or a minivan) at the same tarifs of an ordinary taxi.
  • If arriving by car please inform us in advance and get your free and personalised driving directions on www.viamichelin.com. We can also suggest the nearest parking.
  • Timing: check in from 2 p.m. till 10 p.m. - check out before midday.

Notes

  • To cancel your reservation please use the link at the end of the Booking Online page and insert login & password as on your confirmation voucher. The system will automatically show any penalty the cancellation could cause. 
  • If you are arriving with your baby, please inform us about the age, so as to prepare the right bed.
  • If you wish for a particular breakfast or service, please let us know in advance.
